Indulge your senses in the culinary delights of Italy with our Tuscan dinner Cooking Class!
A full immersion in the region where Anna spent many years of her life,one of the most beautiful regions of Italy.
You are going to prepare and follow the recipes given to her by unforgettable people she met there, you are going to prepare food that speaks about love, a three-course meal you won’t forget.
This class is perfect for couples or small groups, immerse yourself in the art of Tuscan cuisine.
You are going to prepare:
Antipasto ( entrée) Traditional Tuscan Panzanella.
Primo (main) Cipollino’s ravioli
Dolce (dessert) Adriana’s sbriciolata cake.
Then we’ll cook the Cipollino’s ravioli that Anna and Sara have prepared, and together we’ll eat the Panzanella, the pasta and dessert we have prepared, enjoying a glass of Italian wine to make it a proper Italian feast.
At the end of the class, you will take home the Cipollino’s ravioli and the small Adriana’s sbriciolata cake you prepared to share with the people you love and you’ll get the recipe book for the class you attended.
Cooking should be fun and enjoyable, we know that in our class you are going to have a lot of fun, you’ll learn recipes that you easily could repeat at home, and you’ll have a fabulous Tuscan dinner with us.

All our recipes are hands on, you’ll be working at your private bench space with a maximum of 12 participants to ensure that every one of you will be well looked after and to maximise your learning and help you to master the necessary skills.

- Traditional Panzanella (bread, tomatoes, onions, cucumber and basil, it is a kind of Tuscan summer salad)
- Handmade Cipollino’s ravioli (filled with onion, mascarpone and topped with parmesan)
- Whipped butter and sage sauce
- Adriana’s sbriciolata cake
- Degustation and a complimentary glass of Italian Prosecco
- Take home the delicacies you prepared to cook, share and enjoy with your family and friends.

What you need to know
Ingredients, aprons, tools, and everything you need are provided by us.
The class is suitable for any skill level.
If you book for more than 3 or more people, you’ll automatically get a discount of $10 per person.
Age requirement: 15+. If your children want to come with you, they surely can! We are happy to welcome children between 9yrs an 15yrs, however each child must have an adult booked in with them.
Please come 10-15 minutes before the start time of the class.
Please wear closed-in comfortable shoes.
This class is usually held every six weeks.
