Gnocchi Making Class — Brisbane & Gold Coast

Soft, fluffy, authentic Italian gnocchi — made by you, just like at Nonna’s table.

If you love gnocchi (or are politely obsessed), this class is for you.
Forget the dense or chewy versions you’ve tried before — in our Italian Gnocchi Cooking Class, you’ll learn how to make light, soft, pillowy gnocchi the authentic Italian way — just like they’re made at home in Italy.

What You’ll Learn & Make

⭐ How to make Italian gnocchi from scratch — using traditional methods
⭐ Secrets to achieving the perfect fluffy texture (not chewy or heavy)
⭐ Classic potato gnocchi + easier home-style variation
⭐ Two delicious Italian sauces (perfect for any fresh pasta)
⭐ Cooking your handmade gnocchi with two of the sauces
⭐ How to serve, store, reheat and plate your gnocchi like an Italian

You’ll prepare, cook, and then sit together to enjoy your gnocchi feast, paired with a complimentary glass of Italian white wine — because that’s how we do it in Italy.

And yes —

At the end of the class, you’ll leave with:

✔ Our recipe book, so you can recreate it at home
✔ Confidence, new friends, and a big Italian smile

👉 Book Your Gnocchi Class

Imagine this: flour on the bench, dough under your hands, wine in your glass…
Can anything possibly be better?

Our classes are 100% hands-on — you’ll be cooking at your own personal bench, preparing every dish from scratch. We keep our groups intentionally small so we can guide you step by step, answer your questions, and help you truly master the techniques — not just watch them. It’s not a demonstration. It’s full participation, the Italian way — learning by doing, laughing, tasting, kneading, chopping, and sharing.
