About the class

Cost: $145 per person

Only $110 each for groups of 3+

Duration: 3 hours

You’ll master the art of making fresh handmade pasta, you’ll learn how to use a manual pasta machine and a rolling pin, make two different kinds of pasta (hand cut tagliatelle,

Tortelli Maremmani = big, square ravioli) with a filling that you will prepare from scratch. We’ll show you how to prepare two different delicious sauces to accompany, and then we’ll cook the pasta, and we’ll have a small feast with a degustation of what we have prepared.

A glass of Prosecco is included to further enhance the pasta we prepared. At the end of the class, you’ll get the recipe book for the class you attended. Cooking is fun, and when you cook with other people it is even better, because a kind of magic happens.

What’s better than spending time together, sharing homemade food, raising a glass, and laughing until your cheeks hurt?

Not much…
unless you’re doing it while making pasta with your own hands, learning authentic Italian recipes, tasting what you’ve created.

That’s the Origins experience.
Food, laughter, connection — with a touch of Italian magic.

Our classes are 100% hands-on — you’ll be cooking at your own personal bench, preparing every dish from scratch. We keep our groups intentionally small so we can guide you step by step, answer your questions, and help you truly master the techniques — not just watch them. It’s not a demonstration. It’s full participation, the Italian way — learning by doing, laughing, tasting, kneading, chopping, and sharing.
