Bread, Taralli & Grissini Class
Where the scent of freshly baked bread always smiles first.
Who doesn’t love the smell of warm, freshly baked bread?
When Anna smells it, she always smiles — and in this class, you will too.
You’ll learn how to make a truly simple yet delicious homemade Italian bread, master the art of preparing authentic Taralli Pugliesi, and shape your own Grissini — the famous Italian breadsticks loved all over the world.
After baking, we’ll share a beautiful Italian-style tasting, enjoying our bread, Taralli and Grissini with a platter of Italian antipasti, cheeses, salami, mortadella, olives, and of course, an Aperol Spritz — because every good bake deserves a proper celebration.
✨ Everything you make, you take home — bread, Taralli, Grissini and your personalised recipe booklet — ready to impress, share and enjoy with family and friends.
Because leavened dough isn’t just chemistry — it’s alchemy.
It’s hands, heart, timing, laughter and connection.
So come with energy, curiosity, and your best smile.
We’ll take care of the rest.
Our kitchen is where the magic begins — because you’re in it. So… let’s start.
All our classes are fully hands-on. You’ll work at your own individual bench, in small groups — ensuring personal guidance, plenty of space, and the best environment to learn and master real Italian techniques.
