Aperitivo Italiano — Spritz, Salatini & the Art of Sharing
Because aperitivo is not just a drink. It’s a moment.
In Italy, aperitivo is more than a ritual — it’s a celebration of connection.
Before lunch or dinner, especially on weekends, friends gather in cafés and bars to enjoy a Spritz or a glass of wine, always accompanied by delicious salatini — little savoury bites made to share, laugh, and linger a little longer.
In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to prepare five different types of salatini from scratch, using simple ingredients and authentic Italian techniques.
Then, we’re shaking up an Aperol Spritz, and enjoying our aperitivo together — eating, sipping, chatting and embracing the Italian way of starting a good evening.
✨ And yes — you take home your personalised recipe booklet (including all recipes and the Aperol Spritz, of course!).
No need to exaggerate — but this might just become your favourite way to start a celebration.
All our classes are fully hands-on. You’ll work at your own individual bench, in small groups — ensuring personal guidance, plenty of space, and the best environment to learn and master real Italian techniques.
