About the class

Duration: 3 hours (6.30 pm -9.30 pm)- every second Friday.
You are going to prepare and have a true Italian seafood meal:
Antipasto (entrée)
You are going to prepare “Insalata di Polpo” with potatoes, octopus, parsley, garlic, extra virgin oil, salt, and pepper.
Primo (main)
You’ll learn to prepare traditional Strascinati handmade pasta, then you’ll cook and learn how to make an amazing seafood pasta sauce.
Dolce (dessert)
Lemon creamy Italian sorbetto.
We’ll cook the pasta, and we’ll feast on the octopus salad, the pasta, and the sorbetto we have prepared. A glass of Italian wine will be offered to you as Italians do with their friends when they eat together.

All our recipes are hands on, you’ll be working at your private bench space with a maximum of 14 participants to ensure that every one of you will be well looked after and to maximise your learning and help you to master the necessary skills.

What you need to know
Ingredients, aprons, tools, and everything you need are provided by us.
The class is suitable for any skill level.
Age requirement: 15+. If your children want to come with you, they surely can! We are happy to welcome children between 9yrs an 15yrs, however each child must have an adult booked in with them.
Please come 10 minutes before the start time of the class.
Please wear closed-in comfortable shoes.
This class is usually held every two weeks.
